All alterations, renovations, improvements or cosmetic changes to the exterior of your home or yard (including painting) must be approved by the Association prior to starting any project. Major changes in landscaping design, including tree removal or plantings, must also be pre-approved.
Please download, complete fully and submit the ACC form together with any associated photographs, drawings, blueprints, and plans, in print to the Property Manager, or electronically (Preferred) via [email protected] for submission to the Architectural Review Committee, for review and approval.
Approval, when granted, will be in written form on sheet 3 - Homeowner's Affidavit.
Note to homeowners:
All correspondence regarding architectural reviews must come from the homeowners unless otherwise instructed.
No information will be furnished to contractors directly. Contractors may complete application forms on behalf of the homeowner, but the homeowner must be the one to sign and submit.
Any submissions received directly from contractors will be returned unreviewed.
